Tag the people and dogs that were on the hunt

When you log a harvest you can tag other hunters who were with you and dogs that were involved. Tagged hunters and dogs show up on the harvest detail screen, and the entry appears in the tagged hunter's feed too.

Tags need consent. When you tag someone, the tag starts as Pending — only you and the tagged person can see it until they accept. They'll see a banner on the harvest with Accept and Decline buttons. If they decline, the tag is hidden everywhere except in your own audit trail.
